Columbus Crew, one of MLS's original 1996 clubs and the 2023 MLS Cup champions, plays at the downtown soccer-specific Lower.com Field, which opened in July 2021 with a capacity of about 20,000. The stadium replaced Historic Crew Stadium, the league's first purpose-built soccer ground. (The venue was renamed ScottsMiracle-Gro Field in late November 2025, after the 2025 season.)
