Prices usually drop in the final week
For the average regular-season NFL game, resale prices fall as kickoff approaches and sellers compete to offload inventory. The cheapest window is often 48–72 hours before kickoff.
When prices rise instead
Marquee matchups, division rivalries, and any game with playoff implications move the other way — demand climbs and so do prices. For those, buy 2–3 weeks out.
